Shalonda Spencer is a national security and cybersecurity professional whose journey reflects perseverance, purpose, and a commitment to service. A first-generation college graduate, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University, followed by an Executive Master of International Relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. 

Her career has spanned national security, foreign affairs, cybersecurity, public policy, and public service, driven by a belief that education and opportunity can transform not only individual lives, but generations. Through her work, Shalonda continues to build pathways, strengthen institutions, and inspire others to pursue possibilities beyond the barriers placed before them.
